Parking & Location
Free parking is available in our lot behind the theatre. Additional free parking is located in the adjacent parking garage after 6pm on weekdays and all day Saturday and Sunday. At high-traffic events we provide security officers to direct patrons to available parking. For complete information on parking and directions, click here.

Box Office Services
Tickets may be purchased via phone at 847-673-6300, in person at 9501 Skokie Boulevard or online by clicking here.
All patrons entering the theatre must be ticketed, regardless of age. This includes children who are likely to share a seat with their adult guardians.
Patrons who have misplaced or forgotten their tickets may have their tickets replaced at no charge. Please inquire in person at the box office when you arrive for your performance.
Items lost or forgotten at the theatre may be inquired about at our Box Office Lost & Found station during regular business hours in person or by calling (847) 673-6300.
For your comfort and convenience
We offer a fully-stocked concessions bar with a wide assortment of snacks and beverages open prior to most performances and at intermissions when applicable.
Theatre ushers are provided by the Saints, Volunteers for the Performing Arts. For information on how you can become a Saint call (773) 529-5510..
Strollers, cameras and audio or video recording equipment are not permitted in the theatres and may be stored with the House Manager or Security Personnel.
Food and beverages are not permitted in the theatres.
Patrons arriving for a performance after the stated start time may be seated at a time and seat location based upon the House Manager’s discretion. For some performances, there may be no late seating.
